Do not go here! The rice was not cooked properly picture this rice balls. When they asked if I wanted hot sauce or pico de gallo I said I would like it on the side not inside my burrito. Then Emma went ahead and tried charging me for the salsa and pico that I didn’t want inside my burrito. This has never happened to me at any chipotle and I’ve been to chipotle over 100x. I’m assuming she was trying to nickel and dime me because I called them out on the rice not being cooked properly it looking very unappealing. I will go on Google and Yelp to let consumers know what type of experience they can expect here at this location worst chipotle I have ever visited and I have visited a lot of locations. I overheard the worker Emma laughing and telling a co worker that’s how all Mexicans act. Super disrespectful I am extremely disappointed. Please be assured I will let all my friends and family know about this. Plus they gave me a receipt that I could barley read like they need ink or a new receipt printer it’s safe to assume they do this intentionally so you can’t see the unique code for the surveys. The manager needs to be replaced ASAP.

Literally the most unprofessionally run, laziest employed chipotle there is. Do you guys understand this is a coorporate chain that is supposed to be open with inventory stocked until 10:00? I am a restaurant owner and have been coming to this location for the last year and you can never get any food past 9:15. These are the laziest employees I’ve ever laid eyes on. “Can I get salad dressing?” Sorry we didn’t make that today. “Can I get a bag of chips?” Sorry I didn’t make that today… are you kidding me? Get a grip you lazy children. They literally don’t even have any sour cream past 9:15… I’m confused.. you guys don’t have a container of sour cream in the back you can’t open up? No you do, you’re just lazy. Manager with the glasses, you’re trash and I’m mad you make whatever hourly or salary you do to be so horrible at your job. This location deserves to be shut down. Y’all children are trash.

I try to be understanding but I’ve tried 3 times in 6 months and this place NEVER has salad dressing. The cashier gives some sob story about skeleton crew, but if you haven’t made it in months then it is lack of care not lack of crew. The place has water leaking on the floor, the soda machine was broken twice and they’re always out of something.

This has to be the worst managed Chipotle I’ve seen. They never have salad dressing, and the soda machine never works. Can’t even get a water cup. The tables are always dirty and it’s just a mess.

Chipotle still using a sauce container for headset a Tyser’s for customers. This is probably the fifth or the sixth chipotle store in San Fernando Valley And Ventura County area that still use this method. #MOODY360TV Very funny to see how some managers become creative during a pandemic to protect the rest of us. Whatever works as long as we get the job done. Keep up the good work and keep on improving.
