It’s under construction and they’re still open so it already doesn’t have a great atmosphere. Every time I order from here, I ask for extra beans and rice and every single time the serving gets smaller and smaller. I’m pretty sure at this point the childrens size is bigger than what I’m getting. Will not be coming back anymore which is a shame bc it’s right by the hydrogen fuel station I go to

I love chipotle and this is the best location I have been to in the valley. They are currently under construction (while still open) which makes this location less busy. Because of this, the employees seem to pay a lot more attention to detail and the portions come out nearly perfect. The most recent order I placed was online and they added plenty of guacamole to last to the last few bites. My only complaint is, if you have the online reward for a free guacamole, they never include it with the order. This was the third time this has happened. Make sure to check your online order when you’re picking up!

This location is in the Ralph’s shopping center behind Rite-Aid on Ventura Blvd. & Topanga Canyon Blvd. I stopped by during busy hours however the staff was pretty efficient and was able to get my food fast, they could be a bit friendlier & welcoming though. Food was fresh and tasted great. Restaurant was clean with a patio so you can sit and eat outside. Overall I had a good experience at this Chipotle.

Can’t lose with Chipotle. I always get a bowl and a tortilla on the side and it last me 2 meals. My way of being economical. Don’t be afraid to ask them to put a little more rice etc if the serving is too small. This is a great location, always clean, and staff is pretty efficient.
