The food looked OK but I couldn’t get any. I asked the girl to make something and she decided to substitute my order for something else. She was just being petty and antagonizing customers for fun. after the end the manager came out and a said my request for salsa and lettuce on taco was a side. And I had to pay extra or I could eat beans and rice plain. Why would a person want plain taco with absolutely nothing on it. This is why I don’t even bother with chipotle anymore. They don’t even care if ur food tastes good lol it makes no sense. Of course I didn’t Pay for the food because they wanted to charge me extra for dumb thing like salsa on taco and lettuce.

This is the closest chipotle to us, and it was fine for a couple times. But the last two orders we placed on GrubHub/Uber Eats were just terrible. The steak was overcooked and dry, and the proportions were off on everything else. And they got our order wrong this last time. Avoid this Chipotle for online ordering. We may try again in person since they use a separate set of food.

Ordered from door dash. A simple order of a burrito and chips. Chicken rice lettuce guacamole and cheese. I got no lettuce and instead a gross amount of cheese. Literally the whole burrito is cheese. And no chips at all one of my favorite parts. Lazy and disgusting. Thanks for being trash.

Can I give it 1,000 stars because this was better then any burrito I had in my life ! I am so grateful to have been apart this experience, this location went beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied. I drove all the way from Westlake to this part of town ! My expectations were blown away !

Worst chipotle I’ve ever seen. I was there 10/25/19 around 2pm. Long line moves very slow, all workers don’t smile, very burned chicken, guacamole didn’t have salt. So, bowl was terrible.
