They do not understand cross contamination. Your food is not gluten free if you use the utensils to spread the food on flour tortillas. I told the employee that I had a gluten allergy and she told me everything is gluten free and when I tried to explain cross contamination I felt like I was not taken seriously. Other than that they were inviting and the cleanest and well stocked Chipotle I’ve ever seen. If you don’t have an allergy, I would recommend. Thanks for the contamination.

Do yourself a favor, if you want chipotle order online so you have to interact minimally with the rude staff. I feel sorry for anyone that works there, it’s an apparent toxic environment.

This chipotle is the best location in the area! recently moved out of the area but for 2 years I would find my self here almost every day. Not sure why but it felt like their meat, food, and guac was always fresh. They are very clean and have a great crew! They would have always called me by my first name and would automatically know what I want. Thank you guys!

All Chipotle suck .. not only have they raised their prices prior to inflation but, now they have reduced their portion they serve drastically. By far the worst one is in Baldwin Park. I am done with Chipotle.

Consistently overstaffed yet find only two hands for the line while BOH milks each restocking task they can create. Line employees create one menu item at a time rather than build orders simultaneously and inefficiency plagues this establishment along with the embarrassing fact that this team is unable to wrap a regular sized non modified burrito.

I’m a frequent chipotle customer, and I was so pleased with my experience at this location that I was excited to write this review. All employees were busy, and what looked to be like the manager stepped in to give them a hand. At one point one of the employees asked how to prepare an item that was ordered and she was so kind to him and helped him learn. I know it seems kind of insignificant, but I’ve been in situations where managers treat new employees so poorly. The food was so delicious and the restaurant was clean; good vibes! The restrooms were also well kept and the drinks were well stocked. It’s also really close to the freeway. 10/10 recommend.
