First let me start by saying I LOVE CHIPOTLE! Normally… this particular location has just about the WORST customer service of all!!! I was definitely inconveniencing them by paying them money to purchase their goods and service. Chipotle corporate as well as the franchisee should look into retraining as this location is NOT up to the normal standard. I have uploaded a picture of my bowl with “double” brisket and “large” chip (which had absolutely no lime salt) where is it? I paid for it… I don’t see it… what little brisket it has, was dry and flavorless. Do yourself a favor, drive a little further to a different Chipotle location, I know I will from now on…

Went in to pick up dinner for my family and my wife ordered 3 tacos of Carnitas unfortunately when they added the carnitas to the tacos there was barley any left other than a few shreds but luckily I got great employee by the name of NOEL. He went the extra mile and went to the back and got my wife some more Carnitas for her tacos. I wanted to give him a big thank you for the exceptional Service. We need more employees like Noel.

I normally love Chipotle but the last couple trips I’ve made to this location, my order was messed up each time. Both times I ordered online because I was on my lunch break. The first time I ordered a salad w/meat, no beans, no rice. I got a salad w/just beans. My meal was replaced free of charge but seeing as how I was at work and my lunch break was used to pick up the food, I had to wait until my next trip to get that replacement meal. This last trip I got another salad w/meat, no beans, no rice which came out correct but this time, they left out the dressing. I understand that things happen but having your order wrong or having something left out nearly every time you go makes one less likely to be a repeat customer. At almost $9 for a salad and having the order printed out in front of you, the order should be correct. Take a moment to verify that the order is correct.
