This Chipotle has the worst customer service ever. Came in at 6:30 p.m. employees standing around on their phones while I stood at the counter waiting to be helped. After being acknowledged after a couple minutes I got the eye roll with the slam down of the phone as if I came in 2 minutes before closing.

I was so hungry but totally disappointed in my steak and rice burrito, my wife’s steak bowl (nothing to boost about), $29.80 for those 2 items and a lg soda, terrible dinner. My burrito was cold and steak was tuff, flavor was mediocre.

Great costumer service! I made some last minute changes to the order and the cashier took care of it right away! It was my fault for not letting them know at the start of my order. But they went out of their way to make sure I got what I wanted, no questions asked. Great staff! Thank you

Disappointed as this is the closest chipotle to my home. Not only am I paying more for a steak burrito but the burrito is so thin idk why the portion is so small. The guy there today didnt even have the decency to fill the spoon of rice nor beans he literally put half of spoon. I wanted to say something but I hope you read this and make changes. I see many people are complaining about the same issue in the comment section.

This chipotle is always so needy. Not only is my bowl basically empty but they forgot my rice. I did an online order today but usually when I go in person there’s this girl that always gives u little portions. When I ask for extra she has a bad look on her face. I haven’t been to Chipotle in a while but this one is one of the worst ones. Not sure If they are individually owned but, OMG! The salsa is canned, the “avocado “ is actually zucchini and it’s not real avocado so basically your paying for imitation! The chips are not real chips they are store bought.. they were gross.. so don’t get their avocado Scam!! Either this chipotle has gone down the hill or all chipotles in general are this gross..

Couldn’t let this experience go without a review. The girl who helped with my meals today was so rude, not only to me but to the lady in front of me. Poor lady… Her bowl was less than halfway full… Thats with having to paying for extra rice and double meat! I enjoy my chipotle but the portions at this location are ridiculous and a joke… They charged me for more corn…thats a first!!! I also ordered a kids meal for my son, again the plate containers were less than half full. The chicken and beans were so spicy… My son couldn’t handle it. I’m not sure why kids meal options would be overly spicy.
