The worst service I’ve ever had at any chipotle. I’m still in shock. Already contacted corporate via their website. I went in for dinner with my family this evening and ordered myself a quesadilla as always and told sorry you can’t order them anymore only online. I asked why and was told it was due to a tick-tock trend. I said ok I’ll order it online. While I ordered my families food I ordered myself my quesadilla and paid for it. When I showed them the order I asked if I could have it made right away as it was a 15 minute wait. I was told no. I asked why it’s slow and I already paid. She said no again because the back will make it and I just have to wait. I patiently waited while my family ate their food. Once my order was ready it was just thrown on the counter without telling me it was ready. I got my food and was disappointed to get a burnt quesadilla. The over all lack of customer service, the attitude and now bad food was truly upsetting. I do except a call or email about this.

Absolutely disgusted after going here. First of all they were out of almost everything, which I understand however their attitudes were incredibly rude. When I asked for corn there was practically none that the employee dumped the entire bucket of corn causing all the juice and liquid to go into my bowl. Rude service, horrible quality.

One could visit an eatery chain many times, but a ludicrous and pathetic crew member might turn a customer off, possibly forever. Yesterday evening, I was trying to grab a bite intending to have some veggies. While the server started filling up the bowl with some items, I noticed almost all veggies related items were gone, or among all the trays of choices, at least half empty. For the guacamole, she was trying too hard to scrape from what was still stuck on the side of the tray, which was technically anything but fresh, and not supposed to be served. Then I changed my mind and asked if I could have chicken instead, and comped me on the guac, the barely fresh one. One couldn’t expect a avalanche of response followed from another senior member, a full-size person, starting to raise her voice with a barrage of gibberish, saying if she had to waive the charge, it would be unfair to all the other customers, reminiscent of a line leader or class helper from grade school. It’s a classic case of making a mountain out of a molehill. Likely, I visited this place at the wrong time before her evening dose of caffeine, or at the wrong end of her cycle, a neurotic one. I just walked away, let she win, and ordered a veggie sub from next door!

Regardless of this, being a massive chain dislocation tends to always be under staffed during lunch hour, and constantly decides to close its doors, and only allow mobile orders. Completely unprofessional and ran by poor management and ownership. This place has had constant issues, and this only adds to the list.
