Single worst experience EVER at a restaurant. We ordered off of Door Dash for pickup on 7/27 (Thursday night). We waited the 25 mins to go pickup the meal, and got the notification that our meal was ready. We then got to the store only to find out that half our meal wasn’t ready bc there was no cheese available for my kids’ quesadillas. The male manager with the missing front tooth proceeded to be extremely rude to me, and made several comments that I found to be very unprofessional. One of them being ‘this is worse for me then it is for you’. I had two very hungry kids I was expecting to get fed at that time, and I found that comment to be very insensitive and egotistical. I also said I would have appreciated a phone call before they made the other part of the order so I could have cancelled it and gone somewhere else, he said he called me and it went straight to voicemail but I could tell he was lying and I still have no voicemail. I get that ingredients run out but he was very defensive from the moment I walked in. His ‘sucks to be you’ attitude is what actually made me write this review, not the fact that I never got the food I ordered. NEVER ORDER from this chipotle, their customer service deserves 0 stars

Worst Chipotle ever. 9 people waiting to be serve on the line. One person serving and at the same time charging at checkout. No hand washing or glove change after charging customers, rolling burrito with the same gloves . Serving line dirty with food everywhere, instead of cleaning with a sanitized towel, they just wiped it out with the same gloves they are using to make everyones food. I ordered a bowl instead of burrito for the same reason. Dirty tables, trash cans completely full and overflowing, no clean tables where to eat. There was a lot of people eating inside the restaurant on dirty tables but they didn’t care. After 5 minutes a manager showed up, he looked like he doesn’t want to be there. No hospitality at all in any moment from the manager.

Rice at Chipotle is always sub par but this place has the hardest stale rice I’ve ever had. Also they never have sides of lime or lemon. Not the first time I was disappointed at this location but definitely my last.

I’ve always loved going to chipotle and getting a delicious bowl full of chicken or beef, veggies, rice and salsas. The past two visits were very disappointing. No veggies were left and it was 2 hours prior to closing. No adults to supervise these poor kids that don’t know what they are doing. They need someone to help problem solve-like refill empty meats, veggies and sides. When I asked if they have more, the employee said he doesn’t know. Not only that, all the tables were messy and the ice machine was down. Not their fault that the ice machine was down, but I left with a veggie free bowl due to lack of common sense on the management side.

We were going to legoland and thought we would stopover T this chipotle. It opens at 10:30 am and we knocked on the door at 10:36 am but they weren’t open. A lady came out and said they’re not open for another 15-20 mins. I said could we place and order in the meantime and she rudely told me that “you can either wait or just leave”. I tried to get her name but she quickly ran back in and closed the doors. Worst experience ever

VERY UNSANITARY!!!! Old Stale outdated food (I used to work here, so I know 1st hand)! Freshness day date and time labels being removed and stamped with new & fresh time stamps…. several time! Consistently this store has dirty tables, dirty floors, no ice! It’s always sticky and nasty around drink machine & area, both restrooms smell like their hiding dead bodies in the drain area!!!! THIS store never opens on time…. Managers are alway 40 minutes to an hour late opening. managers & workers are rude and disrespectful…..

Do not order from this Chipotle, either on their app or from food delivery apps. I made that mistake twice. Once on their app for pickup and on DoorDash. Both times my order was missing items, burritos were cold, the steak was chewy, and rice undercooked. It feels like delivery or pickup orders get filled with the old ingredients they have left in the back.
