This was the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever stepped into. Spilled food in prep area, tables were dirty/not wiped down at all during our entire 30 minute visit, floor looked like it hadn’t been swept all day.

Been to every chipotle and this one has under staff and dried food the 4 times I been there. You can wait several minutes before the say please wait. The only thing I like is mobile pick up window. Appears to me a management issue. I get tummy issues when I eat your dried meats and flavor is lost.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. They barely put anything in my burrito. I had to ask for more rice and beans at least and she only gave me more rice. Then, the cashier charged me for a steak burrito when I ordered Sofritas, so I paid more than I should have. You’re better off going anywhere else in Encinitas for food than here.

I can’t recall a dirtier fast food spot, about every table disgusting, floor gross, garbage bins overflowing. Also, to-go bowls typically 2/3 of what you would get if you went in. Should pay a visit to in n out/ chick filet and copy.

General apathy. Food cover-glass was streaked so badly inside and out, that viewing through it was difficult, like they used a dirty towel to clean the glass. So obvious. This was at 10:30 AM, Monday, not a busy day side effect. Door glass and windows dirty. Rug at soda fountain dirty. Just one hot sauce bottle available. Shows general apathy of management.

12:45 on a Friday, not very busy, very messy and out of a lot of food. No beans, no chicken, serving counter scattered with food, brown and white rice mixed together. Drink area was messy, out of napkins. This place needs a manager. At $17+ for a steak bowl and a soda I doubt I’ll be back

I usually never write reviews ever, but the customer service here was terrible. The dude didn’t even welcome me in, made me feel like a nuisance to him. Didn’t even give me full portions of anything, and I had to ask him a couple times could I please have more? Because dude literally gave me half of a scoop of everything, not even a full portion Like dude just get a new job or don’t even show up with your terrible attitude.
