Today, I had such a good experience at Chipotle; I was running in for a quick dinner and being indecisive when I started to order: Anthony who was taking care of my order was exceededingly gracious- it stood out enough for me to write this review. The rest of the staff including the manager, Lali, were also super chill and nice. I don’t even get that service in fine dining restaurants always. The food was also good and fresh and restaurant was clean. Thank you!

Much less of a line than the bigger Chipotle on the other side of 76. Nice and clean and the food came out fast and was just as expected! Really nice people. Plenty of parking and some nice outdoor seating! (Indoor seating is snug).

I had the barbacoa. When I dug into my bowl of food, I discovered a hunk of meat the size of a small fist. It was grisly and the plastic knife could not cut it. The food is over priced. Taco Bell is better. I’ll never eat there again.

Disappointed twice in a row for this Chipotle location. I love Chipotle so much that I own stock in it. On my first visit a few weeks ago, my crunchy tacos were so soggy because they didn’t bother to drain the juice from the meat sitting in the metal containers. You know how they grab it with the tongs and then USUALLY shake it over the metal container to drain the excess liquid. There’s a reason people order crunch tacos, they want the crunch! I was so disgusted by it I didn’t eat at Chipotle for a few weeks. I finally decided to go to chipotle again, reluctantly, and I wish I hadn’t. This time, they were not busy at all, so the attention to detail or lack thereof was inexcusable. I ordered two sets of three tacos for my friend and I. The first set lacked meat in some tacos and my friend made a comment about where’s the rest. The employee (possibly lead or manager given she was trying to help everyone that was having issues at one point) didn’t say anything. The second set being made not only did not have enough meat to cover the bottom layer of the taco, it also lacked any of the topics. We made mentioned at the register but again nothing. I don’t think a customer has to make demands or be irate to receive a produce they pay for. As a loyal customer and shareholder, I expect Chipotle to live up to their brand, quality and provide customers with satisfaction. During times like this where everything costs extra, at the very least, we should be receiving what we pay for. Three full tacos, not something mediocre that wasn’t even filling. Needless to say, I won’t be going to Chipotle in a while as it left a poor taste in my mouth. The best part, as we’re eating our tacos disgruntled in the seating area, a women decides to talk about feces loudly. Icing on the cake for a private seating area.

If you’re not regular. You will soon be. And get heartburn. I’ve had heartburn only 3 times in life. Definitely not going to any location again. They can’t keep the food at a proper temperature. FORGET ABOUT IT.

The last 2 visits were completely unsatisfactory. This location has deteriorated in providing customer service and keeping food well stocked and fresh. The cooked veggies pan was empty. In the past, the staff would be grilling the next batch. Lately, the staff has been more concerned with talking with each other than keeping things stocked. When I asked about the cooked veggies, they all acted ignorant and offered me lettuce. The chips were over salted and weren’t edible. Service was painfully slow. Their credit card scanner never seems to work properly, and you have to run your card at least twice for it to work.

So I never do this but I feel like leaving the negative reviews all I can do. I tried to call the restaurant and they said that they will not handle it because it was an Uber Eats order. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and I really disappointed to only have gotten chicken in a bowl. It’s unacceptable they should have better customer service. Your corporate is lame for not answering the phone.
