I didn’t feel like today’s experience was to my expectations!! I had to wait to be served and I had to wait at the register to pay. Finally I told the employee that I would like to pay so I can go home. It didn’t seem like there was much interest to help a customer on this day! Plus, while waiting to pay I observed how the same employee covered a bowl that was twice as big as mine!! She added so much food in that bowl, this was for the person after me. In my bowl she added first the rice, over 2 tbsp, I don’t really care for too much rice! Black beans and chicken not much.. so overall my total experience was not too great.

Always an extremely busy location. I’d recommend ordering ahead if you don’t want to wait in line for 10-20 minutes. But same old Chipotle. Never stellar but always good and hits the spot in a pinch, in a feel good way. Shoutout Valery for being the best.

Horrible experience. I go usually on wednsday nights. So wednsday I went in and first thing worker said is “we are out of guacamole”. Which to me is totally OK so I then started my bowl. I get to El pastor and she says oh we are out of El pastor. So then I said OK then steak. She said “sorry we don’t have steak ready”. So only chicken. Then I see the fajitas are empty so I asked. She said sorry we are out of fajitas. Now this wouldn’t be a bad thing if this happened once. But unfortunately this is the 3rd week in a row. As someone who has done customer service for 17 years I can tell you this location does not deliver a preffered customer experience

Satisfied my craving! Food tasted fresh and they served very nice portions! It always looks very nice and clean and it’s usually quite busy which goes to show that people love it. The burritos are so good paired with the chipotle Tabasco sauce! Not my mouth salivating thinking about the food again.

I have been going to this location for about 3 years and they have always been VERY stingy with the food but yesterday was by far the worst. I only had rice, chicken, cheese and salsa on a burrito. When I asked for a little more of any items I was told it would be extra. That is unacceptable when I’m paying premium prices and I see bowls on the line over flowing with food. The chips were stale which is the case about half the time there. Any other location I have been to really loads it up to where it’s almost hard to fold. In the picture you can see how much excess tortilla there is and the whole thing easily fit in the palm of my hand. Ridiculous!!
