I never leave reviews. This place is really bad. I went there once. Waited in line for about 15 minutes. 4 people in line. 15 minutes. I walked out. Gave it another try. Came back. 6 people in line. Girl at the counter could not have moved slower. Took her about 10 minutes to make a half of a burrito. I say a half because mid-burrito making she went on break. Another girl took over the same burrito and went back to the beginning of the cook line and started making it over again. The people in line are obviously hungry, frustrated and can’t figure out what’s going on. 1 person on the line and 4 idiots in the back doing nothing. Can you help?? What are you doing?? I left again. Save your time and don’t come here

There’s this one female employee who works there who’s unbelievably rude. I walk in at 10:05 and the place closes at 11. She looks at me and goes “whatever is out is out, there’s no more food in the back we close at 11.” She’s not even the one preparing my food yet she felt the urge to say that to a customer who just walked in. I asked the guy who’s gonna serve my food if there’s any more food in the back because most of the food on display was empty. This guy was so friendly and helpful. He goes “no we have more in the back don’t worry about her” and proceeds to prepare my bowl. I never had any issues with any other staff there besides her. I don’t know who she thinks she is but she can’t be talking to customers like that.

I went in to have a burrito bowl and as I was waiting for my meal to be prepared. Everyone especially the staff started laughing and joking about my appearance from behind the counter. I never felt so uncomfortable, harassed, and discriminated against. I also had my phone in my hand and it seemed as if everyone assumed I was recording because people were acting strange and got very silent. Than a little after that the police arrived and not just one but 3 police vehicles showed up and as the officers were in line they were all staring at me as if I was the target and reason they were there. As I left another giant officer was entering and looked at me and made it clear they were there for me. All I did was sit and wait for my meal that I paid for and yet I was harassed and discriminated against for my appearance and presence.

Ordered a burrito 45 min before closing. The employees are all scrambling to clean up, pushing chairs in front of people, stacking garbage cans by the door, all so they can leave, I suppose, the second the doors close…And when trying to pay CASH I was told, unless you have exact change, you can’t pay cash. No explanation. No apology. Just, take it or leave it. How does the owner feel about losing the cost of a burrito, and a customer? Won’t be back.
