Food was good but the staff just ignored me for the longest time. I mean, all they have to do is acknowledge me and i’ll probably be cool for 30 min (not really) but ya know, thats all it takes is for them to say…ill be right with you! Seems to be the youngsters that dont really get this customer service thing. Its a doggone shame cuz it really goes a long way and makes a much more meaningful dining experience just by their etiquette being on point!

Some of the best service I’ve ever had at a chipotle restaurant, Michael, who made our food was super nice took his time to prepare our food and did not rush it like all other restaurants! He made sure we got exactly what we wanted on our bowl. I’ve been to a lot of chipotles, and I wish they had more employees like Michael! Thank you!

The reason is whoever the guy(the one that warms the tortilla) that was working the line at around 1pm was just RUDE and basically throwing food into the bowl.. he’s attitude was like he doesn’t want to be here.. I work customer service and he need not be customer facing at ALL..

Every time I come here it is a quick and wonderful experience. The staff is always very nice, attentive, and does a fantastic job of preparing and serving the food. Diego helped me today and was amazing! He was even courteous enough to give me a his own discount on my meal. I couldn’t believe it! What a stand up guy and I really appreciated it. I will now be making this location my regular go to.
