The way this food was prepared was just ridiculous. There was 1-2 pieces of steak per taco, a slop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of lettuce. Completely unacceptable. The least they could do was stuff it with lettuce and pretend they were doing their job right but they didn’t even bother to do that much. As a business owner, I would want to know and put a stop to this behavior but judging from other similar reviews nothing is being done. Do not order delivery from this location unless you want to pay over $5 for an empty taco shell.

This is a good place to eat when you don’t feel like waiting too long to get your food. I love getting the carnitas tacos here. The carne asada and chicken are ok, but I think the carnitas are the best meat they have. The tacos are very good to eat at the restaurant. The downside is that when you order tacos or burritos to go, they get soggy pretty quickly and tend to fall apart.

This place is so trash lol. Every time I come here they are always out of something! Whether it’s lettuce, chicken, cheese etc. The kitchen was also filthy ! I didn’t even feel comfortable getting food there anymore I walked in and walked back out! I’ll just stick to going to the second nearest chipotle

I have experienced some great service at Chipotle many times before. This time was beyond anything I had experienced before. We order our food and ask for two sides of Guacamole. The lady at the counter ask the guy in the back if they have anymore guacamole and he says no. I am about to pay and I noticed that there is guacamole on the other counter to the side. I politely asked again if I could purchase two sides of guacamole and she says no. That is for online only. I asked again, excuse me? She says you have to order that online …. Wow, I was speechless !

We ordered online and picked up. We didn’t get near the portions of food you would get if you dined in the restaurant. Also, our steak bowl didn’t have steak. Sucks that I waited until I got home (10 mins away) to notice this. Previously I’ve been a little disappointed with this location. Now I’ll never eat there again. Also, if you try to call the location to fix the problem you get a chat bot. If you go online you get a chat bot. Frustrating.
