Went in being excited to order. Watched the waitress pile up the order before me, thinking I’ll get the same service considering the prices, if nothing else… But, my portions were skimpy, and the attitude of the waitress was as if she was paying for my order when I asked if she could add a little more… Told me that she’d have to charge me for the extra, but didn’t say that to the people ahead of me… Hmmm… Realizing that I was being treated differently, I “refuse” to ever patronize that place again. And, I encourage others who experience this selective service to withdraw from supporting this establishment. Terrible experience…

I asked cashiers if they had diet coke or coke zero and they told me they will check for me and nothing happened until I asked about it, they told me it was ready but none of the options were ready I went back and asked them if they can cancel my drink and I will drink water instead because I already have my tacos in my throat and I couldn’t wait anymore, my daughter notice all the other employees were laughing about me, I got my money back for my drink but I think you need to train your crew better to respectful with customers and customer service, I was tired from a very busy day at work and I just wanted to have a pleasant dinner with my daughter but that situation ruined my dinner I won’t go back to your restaurant anymore.

Customer service is horrible. The employees there is rude and they slop the food together. Gave me my food with food all around my containers with condiments. Food was around my burrito bowl. Too many disrespectful younger people running the place.
