Ordered via the app because the line was out the door when we arrived. The people that arrived at the same time as us and waited in line got their food at least 5 mins before us. Lame – if you want us to use the app make it worth it.

Worst Chipotle experience ever – ordered a Steak Burrito and in view of the puny amount of meat the guy put on in the first place asked for only a little bit of chicken to compensate for that. Then got asked back if I wanted a “double” (I think, not entirely sure since 90% of what they uttered was unintelligible anyways) for an upcharchge!? That never happened to me in about 100 stops at more than 40 Chipotle locations all over South California, ever. Briefly considered asking the management about it, but as said unique practice was straight away confirmed by another attendant, passed on that because I promptly figured this specific place is just run like that … also demonstratively cleaning up in circles around you, putting chairs on the tables next to you as loud as possible etc. Hence whatever reply might potentially appear below, I can already predict it will be composed of ordinary excuses, denial of unarguable facts, and textbook strawmanning around actual points made … can’t wait for it 🙂

Didn’t even want to give 1 star. My food was soooo disgusting and gross. My bowl was all smashed together like mush when I got home. As if they just tossed everything together like jail food. I called to tell the manager about how disgusting my food was when I got home. I was even willing to go back so they could fix it. He tells me he will give me a number, never again will I give Chipotle another dime of my money, waste of my time and energy.

Tried out the Chipotlane for the first time today using the mobile app. The order was done perfect, the server was friendly. The only drawback was I couldn’t find the “I’m here” button on the app and had to wait about five minutes before someone came to the window.

My original review was removed hmmm…. well long story short, they refused to cook more meat and claimed that it was 30 minutes before closing time when there was actually 50 minutes before closing time. The meat they had left was sparse. Not enough to feed a dog. Idk what the 7 customers behind me did.

I ordered on app, my meal was a salad bowl. They gave a generous amount but when we came home with it, we noticed a giant oil stain at the bottom of the bag. Upon opening it, it was the dressing that had spilled everywhere. The reason for that was because they decided to give us a cracked sauce lid. My fiance went back to grab more dressing since we’re not too far from this location. But once I started eating it, it was atrociously over salted. I took a few more bites and found that they didn’t even cook the onions and bell peppers either. I ended up throwing it all away. It was disappointing because I was looking for something light in flavor that evening and chipotle was where I’d go to. I asked for a refund with customer service but they just gave me a bogo coupon. I wouldn’t have minded the coupon but I don’t go often. But I can say, so far, visiting a few locations, I’d go to the next. Don’t stop here.

It’s an underexaggeration to say half my burrito was beans and rice. Even then, I asked for brown rice and they gave me white. The rice was also either not fully cooked or very old…it hurt my teeth to chew.

I usually get a bowl with everything and today I found plastic wrapping paper in my bowl. I will no longer be ordering food here. It’s not right that I crave chipotle to find out I could’ve died. This place should be monitored at all cost. They have the worst customer service.
