I picked up bowl burrito and it was way too salty. I think their chefs needs to taste food before serving it. I had to throw away this much. Finally realize black beans were way too salty. Chef might have put salt twice. I am sure they will be getting more complaints and reviews as well.

Can’t get ahold of the store. So leaving a review. Ordered chipotle off DoorDash and chipotle just put a few pieces of steak in a bowl and send it to me. Ordered DoorDash again and chipotle sent us the wrong order. Cannot get a hold of anyone in store. I didn’t get lunch twice within one hour. This was the worst and weirdest Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. There were 5 maybe 6 employees working and they all acted like zombies. Not only did it take forever for the line to move, but they were out of items and left mine and others food getting cold on the counter (waiting for ingredients to be cooked). It was obvious our orders were going to sit for a while so I changed mine while other customers simply gave up and left. Then, after my bowl was made they just left it sitting on the counter. I finally raised my voice at them and said “is anyone running the cash register?” and they just gave me a blank look. Eventually an employee came over to get me checked out, but wow. This place is so bad. There was a long and growing line of customers and we all just stared at the whole situation. It’s like we were on some candid camera show or something. Anyway, this place needs some better management and employee training.

All of the drinks are messed up, the aqua Fresca are all expired they taste horrible, the root beer come out white I don’t even want to try that. They also ran out of ice and started refilling it and it was super loud. The food is good but the workers also seem tense. PLUS THE CHAIR FELL APART IN LITTLE PEICES!!

Did this place change ownership? The restaurant itself is filthy. Dirty tables, no utensils or napkins. Trash cans looks sloppy and unkempt. Matches the employees appearances. Greasy, loose hair and baked attitudes. Burrito rolling skills are non existent. Also, the al pastor isn’t al pastor. It’s sweet BBQ chicken.

We were served Really Stale chips, very stale and hard burrito tortilla with our burrito bowl. The rice looked really dry and undercooked. I had to request rice from a specific tray and location because of this. We ordered to go and discovered this atrocity when we got home. I wasn’t able to reach anyone at the store location until the next day. I was referred to speak to corporate. Corporate said they would call me right back, and after waiting 3 hours I gave up and made this post. I will not be going back to this location.

My chicken burrito was good……big portion…..kind a disappointed that order wasn’t ready but overall good experience…..definitely will buy our food again here……their guacamole and chips are da bomb…..deliciously good……..
