Got a $10 giftcard through Honey coupons and since I hadn’t been here in over a year, figured I’d give it a go. Got the Burrito Bowl with all the extras and it was damn good. There was a very short wait which was nice and they made the bowl quickly. Good quality meal, highly recommend.

Al Pastor tasted like canned baby food. It was weirdly sweet and overpowering so it didn’t compliment/diluted the overall flavor profile of the other ingredients. And the new workers don’t know how to give proper portions. The guy didn’t give me enough rice so I was just eating a mouthful of chicken. And the lady who was handling the vegetables gave me so little tomato salsa I had to ask for more and she still gave me a tiny amount. Just stick with the regular chicken or bring back the pollo asado which was the best protein on the menu.

We got there right before it was a line almost out the door. There was one person attending customers at the food counter and one at the register. They were both very nice. We ordered a kids quesadilla and added the Chipotle Chicken with rice/beans and then we ordered a bowl with brown rice, black and pinto beans, Chipotle chicken, fajita veggies, tomatillo salsa, corn, cheese and lettuce. Both were delicious. I very much enjoyed the new Organic Berry Agua Fresca.

Came here today at 5 pm. Dinner time. ONE PERSON IN CHARGE OF TAKING ORDERS AND CHECKING OUT. Isabel did a great job and maintained a smile even with the line growing to the door. It’s not even about the food it’s just the establishment in general. They need to figure it out.

Trash experience here, customer service was poor. My bowl was more like half a bowl. They are moving so fast the sauce or extras are all mixed together. Place is overall disgusting.

I went into the store for refund because they took forever on my online and the gm named yoana was rude . She was rolling her the whole time and had a bad attitude the whole time , she had really bad customer service issues. And needs to be better when it comes to customer service.
