i have been to this Chipotle location twice and both times it was a disgusting mess. even if you are understaffed, it takes one second to wipe the counter off with all of the food. there is cross contamination of all kinds on this counter. i will never go to this location again!!!!!!! zoom in on the picture. disgusting!

This Chipotle is convenient because it has a drive thru for pickup and is typically not very busy. Unfortunately, they never seem to have lemons. I’ve ordered a few times for pick up through the app and the service has been poor. One time I picked up my order and asked for some lemons, the associate said they don’t have any available because they need to cut them. I was a bit surprised and asked if she or someone could cut the lemons then. She said it would take some time, suggesting the answer was “no”, to which I said I can wait since I imagine it would not take very long. I eventually got my lemon slices. The next time I ordered pick up, they again did not have any lemons available. I’m not sure if they were out or if they were not prepared at the time. Though seemingly insignificant, the least they can do is have items in stock and prepared for their customers to enjoy their meal, even if it takes a few extra seconds to cut the lemons.

I’ve eaten here a few times have had a decent experience. I ordered online and had my son pick it up. He waited for 15 minutes before they approached him and told him that they were out of rice. The options they gave him were to refund the order or to make the order without rice. We went with the third option that they didn’t offer and decided to come back in 20 to 40 minutes when they said that it would be done. My son returned for the order and when he got it home I was just very disappointed. My bowl was very empty. There’s hardly any rice in it at all and it was just such a disappointing experience.

Oh my. I bought a carnitas taco which consisted of carnitas meat a little bit of cheese that’s it. Then I bought a salad which consisted of some romaine lettuce little bit of shredded cheese and some sour cream in the medium size drink and that cost me $25 and change.

This location consistently disappoints. Rice is often undercooked, sometimes crunchy from being completely raw. Meat is often not seasoned. Fajitas are often raw. Veggies such as lettuce or onion often have their cores mixed in.
