My order was placed on the app. When I got home I noticed some brown stuff on my lettuce. At first I thought it was just black beans until I took a bite and realized it was dirt! Yuck!!! So much dirt, big chunks. I contacted costumer service and they didn’t seem to care. I had to suggest that I send photos so they could see. They did over me a coupon code for a replacement entree but everything they sent me was just a canned response. Very disappointed. Wash your produce! Chipotle has had too much food born illness issues and this is why.

I don’t understand how this place has 4 stars. The people running the front always contain 3 people: 2 of them appear to be high school students that don’t know how to do anything and give half spoonfuls of the items, and a third person who is grumpy (rbf). Please train your employees better. This time I received incredibly dry rice.

I visited this location on New Years Eve 2022. The employees were terrible. No one made eye contact when taking my order. One employee was fixing something up front and he was using foul language and complaining. The restaurant looked dirty. I did not feel like I was in Seacliff Village. Very disappointed For one chicken bowl with guacamole was almost $17. Geez.

Okay so the food was pretty good… I got the steak burrito and really enjoyed it. the service wasn’t as good… the guy making our burrito was actually pretty rude but the cashier was awesome and the only reason I didn’t give this Chipotle 1 star on everything , except for the food…the cooks did that.

This Chipotle’s quality of service is completely lacking. For a week now, there are NO FORKS. Now there are NO WATER CUPS. NO ICE either. I was told I had to buy a large soda cup as the only means to have water. Small portions too. No thanks!!! This is unacceptable. Chipotle should have the basics to operate.
