So I came at 11 am and the food was fresh and tasted above average, which is great! The one negative is the guy serving me used his hands with gloves to touch and shovel off everything. Experienced employees know how to use the ladle to drop the meat, rice, etc with the proper portion onto the tacos without touching all of the food. BUT the restaurant was clean, the food tasted perfect and portions were correct, so just a teaching moment for that employee. Oh

This is the worst chipotle I’ve been to. Incredibly slow service. The food is always disproportionately made and frequently not hot. I go out of my way to go to a different location. Also my kids quesadillas were two wadded up tortillas with no cheese in them. This place is consistently one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to.

No one wants to actually work here. The manager/shift lead is rude, Very Bad customer service. Meat is old 90% of the time. They also won’t let you wait for a new batch. I’m not a picky person but the meat was honestly old af.

The worst chipotle I’ve been too. I walked in everyone avoided eye contact tact with me and didn’t serve me until a line started to form behind me minutes later. A new guy made my bowl and he was very nice. But an older woman started berating his every move. And I got a side of salsa that she had him pour half out and it wasn’t even half way full. This location may need new management or to be shut down
