Cross containmenation bad service and bones in my steak that broke my tooth, had to get an attorney because corporate started a claim and left me a voicemail one time never called me again. If you want to keep all or your teeth avoid this place or else you may get extremely sick.

Nice and convenient place to get to. As far as chipotles go, I feel as if they personally made some of the in-house toppings better, not much of a food critic but I’ll give it a shot. The grilled onions and peppers were fresh and had great flavor and same goes for the steak. Considering when it’s usually a slow time of day, the food was surprisingly fresh from what I saw. Personally I don’t see a reason to not come back like some Chipotles are notorious for.

This so called Chipotle has very rude personnel. First time buying from Chipotle. Never going back. Spent $28 on 2 steak bowls. The lettuce wasn’t rinse at all. Was chewing dirt. I thought I grabbed a piece of steak but instead it was a chunk of fat. Very dissatisfied with the food.

I really honestly and truly want to love this food because it has so much potential but I Cannot get past the fact that every single time I order a burrito bowl its cold. there’s cold food on my hot food and the hot foods not hot To begin with… And because of that I just don’t like it. I understand that sour cream guacamole is gonna be cold however if the food is hot then that tastes good but if the food is mediocre and you’re putting cold food on mediocre everything turns cold it’s not my favorite place I’ve been there 3 times in my life and I don’t like it.

So since covid hit, I’ve been ordering chipotle thru the website. The last 3 times chipotle and DoorDash say it’s gunna get here 20 minutes after I order. Well the driver shows up to chipotle 30-40 min after I order and the drivers are blaming the chipotle staff for not making the food. Then it takes another 15-20 minutes to get to my business and then the food is cold. Today the tamper seal came this way on my order. Look the only reason I’m complaining is that I’m paying extra for the delivery, and tipping the drivers a couple bucks. I’m sure if I went into the store it would be a different experience.

The gentleman at the register, I believe his name was Evan, was rude while ringing us up for our order. He also mopped around me and my family while we were eating and dropped an iced tea lid onto the floor at the soda fountain and placed it back onto the tea container without cleaning it. The food was good as always but the service and cleanliness were awful.
