The guy who did my kids bowl was a new guy, no problem with that, he did my order wrong, again no problem with that. This other lady I am assuming is the manager told him that he put too much steak in the tacos and threw out the beef and taco shells. She could have reused either ingredient in my order or eaten them or something other than throwing them out and wasting it. When the newbie finally got an order right, she called him “good boy” in a very condescending way. In addition, she kept telling the employees doing our (my family and I) orders to put in small portions. All of this infront of all the customers.

Five stars for good food, but they lose three stars for allowing the city to let homeless people lay on the ground about 10 feet from the entrance. Not the down on your luck homeless, it’s the haven’t showered in years and tries to talk but only mumbling comes out type of homeless. This doesn’t happen in Irvine.

I’ve been to this location before and loved it, tonight the service was not great. I have never seen a server be so stingy with the rice and beans! It was shocking to say the least. I expect this type of portion control with the meat not the other ingredients. The lettuce was the only ingredient that the portions were “normal.”

It’s Chipotle. You know what to expect. This restaurant is consistent with all the Chipotle’s that I have ever visited. This one is spacious and clean, just like the other ones that I have been to. Staff are on game and ready to serve. I ordered my usual: steak bowl. I find this is the best bang for the buck. To add crunch, I order chips and guac which makes the overall meal perfect. My order was delicious and represents why I keep going back to Chipotle!

Absolutely disgusting lettuce!!!!!!! I do not recommend eating here they do not follow health code. They do not have good or decent standards for their food. They also do not prioritize guess versus online orders. I guess if you want to order online you’ll definitely get your food sooner than people who are there and waiting.

Disappointed. Came in for two chicken burritos, one burrito got extremely dry chicken while the fresh chicke as being cut, the other burrito got fresh chicken but they gave a weak portion, it was not a full 4oz serving. It was maybe 2.5oz max.

This location has a decently small dining room. Bathrooms are code-locked. The door is near a central courtyard of CityPlace, within sight of the bike rack. They also have their own private patio closer to the street. I do wish the pickup order process was smoother here like it is at other Chipotles.

Busy place but compared to other ca chipotles this place has one of the better food quality standards. From their rice,beans, meat, and guac the taste is rich and on point compared to other consistently bland flavored chipotle locations around OC. Whoever trained employees at this location should train the other chipotle on bristol st that would be good for everybody
