Yes chipotle was fantastic. I ran and got through the line my order was exactly as I requested it and got out quickly to get back to work. The restroom was clean and so is the restaurant. Employees were smiling friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it. I got a veggie salad and all the ingredients were Fresh and delicious as usual.

Tastiest carnitas burrito I’ve ever had from Chipotle! Wrapped perfectly, you can cut into it without it oozing everywhere. Perfect dinner along with chips and guacamole. Yum!

Decent food/service here…but don’t go during peak times. There’s like 8 parking spots and the lot is very tight to get in and out of. I mobile ordered here once and that was the last time. Kensington is the place now.

Mask not properly worn by a staff member. Protocol for efficiency was poor. I placed an online order. Despite it being quite slow with in person orders, it didn’t seem like employees preparing in person orders could help alleviate the backup of online orders. Numerous orders ran 15+ minutes late beyond the promised delivery time. Quite a few of us stood waiting for our online order while the in person line was empty. The whole point of pre-ordering using their mobile app is to get in and get out. Pick up or online orders is done from that shelf. Every time an order is finished, they just toss it on the shelf so everyone who was waiting had to approach the shelf and check it repeatedly. They don’t announce a finished order even when it was backed up and they were running behind.

The person making my bowl was less than pleasant. By his deminor, I assume he has a leadership position. He could have been more customer service oriented. The cashier, on the other hand was extremely bubbly and friendly. I wish I noticed her name she had short short hair.

After 4 years of picking up food here, today, I am met with my first case of discrimination at this location. After being confronted by “Alex”, (the employee at the pickup shelf) I briefly show my phone with the name of my order, I vaguely keep my distance from him as he gets uncomfortably close, he then states, “Yea, you don’t have to back up like that” in a sarcastic hostile manner. Astonished, I asked him to repeat himself, the manager just then appears, Alex lies and changes his words completely and says, “I could not see your phone”. It’s come to my attention, that because I took a step back when he confronted me too closely, he took this personal and responded in a very abusive-like way. What made this scenario much worse, is the horrible response and attitude of the manager, “Jose Lorenzo Hernandez.” Speaking to Jose was impossible as he persistently talked over me, telling me I was at fault because I had backed up. I repeatedly told Jose that he witnessed the last half of the altercation unknowingly, and he continued to badger and talk over me with zero respect and haste, unwilling to hear what I had to say. I have seen Jose at this location over a four year span, and expected nothing less than how I was treated. Alex’s behavior is inexcusable, but what concerns me is the managers inability to rectify the situation. It seems Jose has gotten way too comfortable with his position, and really hope the franchisee can see to these two individuals. Unfortunately, I am plagued with situations where I am mistreated by employees that have serious mental deficiencies and aren’t addressed. I hope no one has to go through unnecessary situations such as mine, and can at least expect a satisfactory consumer experience.
