I’m super disappointed in my visit today with my daughter. I guess my expectations are high after spending years as a service manager (so I’ll change my review when I’m contacted). The restaurant was really dirty both in the dining area and behind the counter. The person that helped us didn’t wash his hands and seems new but the girl with him wasn’t very helpful. The taco lettuce was cut terribly and almost resembled the salad lettuce (I know the difference). I’m honestly scared to go in the bathroom so I’ll just wait.

Went there at 1 pm and both black and pinto beans looked dry and old (see poc). When asked if they could make fresh ones, the manager (Michelle -asian woman) said not until it was finished. Or I could wait for a couple of hours! What a way to avoid doing there job AND save money by serving old food.

I ordered a burrito bowl on Uber eats but when it was delivered the order was wrong. I had to go all the way back to the Brea Mall and find the Chipotle that was inside at the food court before I could even get my order fixed, there’s a reason I ordered delivery yet still found myself getting extremely frustrated having to jump through hoops to get my order right

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this one takes the trophy. Almost every time I visit Brea Mall, I order from the food court. Each time that I visit this chipotle, they are so stingy about how much they give you. Compared to any other chipotle, the amount they provide is that of a kid’s meal. Their food is also not fresh. The lettuce was sour and bitter, ownership needs to do a better job.

Terrible customer service. Rushed my order and gave me attitude. Don’t know if its managements fault but if you guys are understaffed or overwhelmed, don’t let it out on the customers…we don’t know..we just want to eat plus it’s a dang mall you should know that before applying.

This place could do a better job showing prices on the menu for extra portions. Ended up paying almost $20 for a simple bowl just because we asked for extra spoon of steak at a staggering $5.20. Attendant could not give a straight answer for charging such a high price for a miniscule amount of meat..
