Normally I go in person and can see my food made. This was the first time we had our food delivered. We ordered 2 burrito bowls. They were absolutely disgusting, small portions and soupy. Both went straight in the trash. Sending out food this bad is unacceptable. I had no luck reaching management so instead they get a bad review.

No matter how many times I ask this place will never give you a fair amount of food for the price. Double meat is only a half scoop more for 5 dollars. In total this bowl was 17 dollars and the people there are very unprofessional in the way they act when you ask for things.

We just left about 15 minutes ago with our to go order we got home and we are eating and the rice in our food is not cooked at all like this rice never saw water. We couldn’t even eat it.

Walk in and not one of the Five employees greeted me. My wife and I stood in line for 10 and still no one said anything to us. We had to request to have someone to help us. Upon ordering our food, the employee walked up to the counter with a attitude . He started to prepare our bowl , by slapping everything in a bowl with the attitude. Never going there again. Bad customer service. I felt disrespected. The was poorly prepared. I just left the food there.

Love chipotle never had issues until right now. They really out did it with their portions. Ordered delivery for a burrito bowl and a burrito. Both were small portions and neither of them filled me nor my bf. Here we are looking for another place to eat since they basically gave us a kids meal. The bag was seal and everything so I know it wasn’t delivery issue.
