Wow my mouth is burning because the chicken was WAY too salty. The portions are lacking here at this location. I love my chipotle at home, this location needs some serious help! After reading other reviews I totally agree & had the same issues I had here.

This Chipotle is super hit or miss with their portion size, speed and customer service. Sometimes you get the nicest person helping and other times they seem like they just don’t want to be there or help you out. The portions are also all over the place. Sometimes its a huge bowl and others is super weak. Food quality is pretty consistent and good.

I’m afraid the quality of the food here is very unsteady. Today, our food is so salty it’s practically inedible. Other times, the food is so spicy it’s hard to eat. When it’s done right, the food is great. But we go here much less than we used to since we never know what we’re going to get.

We arrived and told the cashier we were here for an online order. His response was, “you’re 6 minutes early.” and stared at us. Uh, I’ve been early to other places we’ve ordered on line and they usually respond with a ‘we’re still working on it’ or similar. This was kinda off-putting at first. The food did come out shortly there after and first thing we noticed was that our bowls seemed barely filled. Others who were ordering in-store with bowls piled high, but ours seemed sparse. Not to worry, I guess that’s the downside of ordering online is that you can direct them as they build your entree.

BEWARE: This is by far the WORST Chipotle in the state of California. I ordered a bowl from Chipotle via Grubhub which came out to 20.00 and when the bowl gets to my house which is 8 minutes away the food is ice cold and its a half of bowl of food (picture down below). In case you’re wondering no i did not touch or slide the food over it LITERALLY is a half of a bowl of food.
