Notoriously under staffed and long lines out the door. The chicken and steak bins are always empty and I bring my own chips every time. I keep them in the car now on stock. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t cook enough food for the day and evening and why are they always sold out of chips everyday? A location at a mall, on the busiest street in town, right off the highway, across from the gym in a town full of university students. Why not rise to occasion, succeed and fullfill the customers needs as we return each day dispute the continuous understaffing and poor preparations? Currently, no steak, no lettuce, no medium salsa, no white rice and no chips available .This is everyday. Absolute honesty in this moment. There’s no brown rice as of just a moment ago and now the veggies just ran out Crazy. So what are they serving??? The sad part is they’re all kids and they’re really trying each day

Much better than the location in Goleta! They’re usually quick with orders, and mine is always available when I arrive after ordering ahead. One time, I was asked to show proof of my order when picking up off of the shelf, but, thankfully, this hasn’t happened since.

What a joke. 6pm and the only meat they had was barbacoa. Every other bin was empty. Bathrooms were crusty. Napkin and Utensil counter was a mess. Get a new manager this place is a disaster.

This chipotle restaurant is super sloppy. Long lines too. I had a burrito today. They tried to stuffed too much into it and so it fell apart when I started eating it. One bite was all guacamole. The next part was all sour cream. The next bite all meat. Definitely will not go back to this one.

We usually love this place , but recently it has become way less desirable. We went today at 3PM and they were out of everything. First No rice, then No chicken, then the other meats looked like they were walked in. The tables were filthy, and the place looked thrashed like a Frat party just ended. The manager must have been asleep in the back and the employees seemed to not care. We left to eat elsewhere . As a long time customer I couldn’t be more disappointed. Come on Chipotle, get your act together.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever had, they barely give you any food and it’s poorly cooked. I don’t know who the manager is in charge of this spot but I hope they accidentally step on a Lego or stub their toe because whatever I just got served for $25 was just incredibly disappointing.

Placed An Order Online. Called 1 min after sending my order spoke with Ana I specifically told her if they can throw extra white rice in my burrito she said Yes. My Burrito first of all I paid extra for the Extra tortilla it didnt come double wrapped. Steak was cold. She gave me a Whole Box of white rice with no spoon… Common Chipotle..
