So during these unfortunate times my car is in the shop right now getting fixed. Thus I am forced to order food from some places I like to eat from a lot via DoorDash.. Upon ordering my food today at 7:40 I receive probably what is the smallest portion of all I’ve ever received from chipotle. Knowing that I go there, to that same location in person and I’ve never received a burrito this small. On top of that I paid an extra $4.75 for some steak that was supposed to be in the burrito. Down below will be pictures of this LIT-size burrito. I have croissants sitting on top of my fridge bigger than this burrito. On the picture you’ll see items that I have next to the actual burrito, one a five dollar bill, another a mini Fuji bottle and then I decided to tagalong my remote control. Now you tell me does this burrito right here look like it’s $15.50. I was so shocked that I checked the bowl immediately just to see that there was more veggies and rice. I then proceeded to check my profile to see if I was labeled as a vegetarian on there because it is absolutely made no sense. My meal came out to $37 bucks. So you’re telling me what you guys think. I’ll let the people do the reviewing.

Chipotle is my favorite “fast food” spot. When I walked in today, I saw an employee drop a stack of cups on the floor and then put them in the cut dispenser. For a company with a nasty reputation for food poisoning….that’s concerning.

The food is good but cleanliness is a real issue as tables are not being wiped down, filthy. I had to go to my car and spent 5 minutes decontaminating where we were going to eat. Going to get tea and employee cut ahead of me to dump ice into dispenser. Indicates a lack of training. We arrived before the lunch crowd at 11:40 am and there was plenty of time for the manager to wipe the tables and sweep the floor!

This place is a disaster. I almost walked out after seeing the kitchen. It was a mess – food everywhere. And the employee gave me about 2oz of steak. I had to say “seriously?” And he added another measly half-scoop so I asked for double steak. No napkins in any of the dispensers, trashcans over-flowing, food crumbs on all the tables. Do better.

The food from this location is always really good, but the service is definitely lacking. I do not recommend ordering ahead at this location because they take so long to fulfill online orders. It’s always much faster to just wait in line and order at the counter. Also, I think they could do a better job with wiping down tables, cleaning counters, etc. It seems like a lot of the little details get overlooked which gives a bit of a grime factor.

I placed an order through DoorDash. Our food came on time, but it was the lamest serving size. The Chipotle worker didn’t even put one serving size of each item. It literally looked as if someone had already eaten half the meals and then handed them over to be delivered. This happens quiet often (more than 4 times now) at this location for pick up/delivery orders. I wish I had taken a photo of the burrito, it was the size of my palm.

Most of the workers were nice and diligent. But the guy serving the food with the red and blue eyebrows was extremely rude. I walked to the counter with a smile and asked how he was and he just ignored me and then didn’t listen to anything I said with my order and was glaring at me the entire time with an angry look on his face. Not only that but he slammed the rice and meat into the bowl very aggressively and was just downright rude. Have him in the back doing something that doesn’t require customer service because that is not sending a good message for this company. Been to chipotle and never had a problem but never coming back to this location as long as he is serving food or working the register. I get it people have bad days but there’s no reason to be downright disrespectful and look like you absolutely hate your job. Not only that he gave me an extremely small portion size on purpose and aggressively slapped beans into my bowl when I had just said no beans. All the other workers were respectful but either get rid of this dude the an attitude or put him in the back washing dishes.

Last time i go there…people behind the counter there always too slow sometimes people only have a 30 min break…today around 11:55 am i stopped by for a burrito as usual it was only 3 people in line …25 min for just a burrito? Too bad for busses
