I wish I can give 0 stars. I paid for extra meat, they but 6 little pieces of steak I could barely find them inside my bowl. I also asked for white rice… and no rice! Filled my bowl with a bunch of big chunks of red bell pepper. I ordered this around 1 pm Wednesday May 17. I don’t know who was working at this time but they need to not be working there, I don’t pay DoorDash all these extra fees so that low quality gets delivered.

Bug in my food!!! Store offered to remake my plate. But honestly that’s gross. I asked for my money back but due to being an online order they wouldn’t refund me. Told me to contact the 1-800 number. The person over the phone offered to give me two free entrees to compensate for me biting into a bug. I told them wouldn’t return to any of their establishments so that wasn’t acceptable solution for me, but still wouldn’t refund my money. I know it might be silly for some to fight over ten dollars. But I work hard for my money and deserve my money back after finding a buy in my plate

Ordered through the app – it said it was ready – walked in and turns out someone stole my order. They remade it but still missed a few items of my order, went back for said items but no one wanted to help in the beginning, they would just walk past me or continue helping other customers. Since they saw me walk in with the bag, I’m guessing they thought I would cause a problem, but all I wanted was to kindly ask for my missing items. The young lady at the register had to ask another employee to help me lol.

Placed an order for pickup and the rice was clumpy. I also paid extra for queso and none was put into the bowl and on top of that they were out of shredded cheese. Could have at least given a free side of chips or something

I eat a Chipotle 3 to 4 times per week with my wife. We have had great experiences with food quality and service. My favorite bowl includes the brisket that was introduced just a few months ago. Today I was told that the brisket is discontinued. I think this is a mistake. It was very popular at our local restaurant. For now, I will just have to settle for the steak option which is good but not as flavorful as the brisket.
