This is unfortunately one of the worst, most undependable Chipotle locations. I’ve gone in and waited in a long line only to find out they’re out of ingredients now on three separate occasions. It’s also dirty inside and outside. The grime build-up really leaves me questioning what the kitchen looks like. It’s really disappointing because a good Chipotle is a real gift. This place is not that.

I’m not the one to post negative comments but this is not the first time at this Chipotle in Visalia they are out of the main food items people like to order. I went to get food there for my daughters school fund raiser and I don’t know if this was a busy time Wednesday around 4:00 pm which is not even close to dinner time for us, but once again this place was out of food items. Last time they were out of steak and guacamole. This time they were out of all steak meat, guacamole, organic kids juice, and even forks! Really. So frustrating for me and there was a long line of customers behind me. This place needs to have a better manager that can keep track of inventory. The staff were nice and I could tell they didn’t like telling customers they were out of the main food items people order. Then they we’re giving tiny food portions! I won’t go there again, I’ll stick to the Fresno chipotle’s if I ever go again.
