Very fresh veggies make a huge difference in Mexican food. Ordered a chicken bowl and the veggies were crisp and had good texture. The guacamole was tasty and was a good addition to the bowl. The only downside is watching how little of certain items they put in the bowl. Simply ask for more to avoid a lackluster bowl at no additional cost(unless it’s guacamole or meat). The bowl is a much better way to go than a burrito though.

Chipotle, please fix the end user experience. Your staff was very polite on my last visit; however, using your technology is painful. The desktop browser experience is clunky and your company doesn’t check the physical stock that is available when an order is taken. Not only were the drinks I purchased not available when I arrived, but the staff was not able to provide a refund at the restaurant.

This place is filthy. Every time I’ve been to this location it smells like old mop water. I have seen the people behind the counter use a bucket full of dirty water with extremely dirty rags to clean the food prep counter. The food here has made me sick more than once. This is the kind of management that is giving Chipotle at large a bad name.

Worst experience ever in the history of all my visits to Chipotle! 2 of the rudest employees ever and the manager apprentice “Sissely” and the unknown name of the female working the line were extremely rude and when I said I was going to call and come to corporate the manager followed me so close she was almost breathing down my back. Totally un-called for!

This Chipotle is awful. I came at normal dinner time and the food all looked bad like it had been sitting for a long time, nothing looked fresh like I’ve seen at other Chipotles. The tables are dirty and all the trashcans are full, this Chipotle felt like a run down dump.

I used to work at Chipotle and the food is good, pretty consistent wherever you go. I’ve got a very big tip to help people when ordering to make sure they have a better experience. If you order a burrito and ask for every salsa, guacamole and sour cream, it’s going to fall apart. Order the salsas on the side. This will fix nearly all wrapping issues with burritos.

The service was friendly and efficient. I visited later in the evening so it was not too busy. The employees didn’t seem stressed or frustrated and the manager was helpful. I didn’t care much for the layout of the seating. It was efficient to maximize space but it’s not the place to eat of you want to dine with more than a couple friends it’d best to take your meal to go.
