Food was off the chain, I’m not from Fresno so I’ve never been here, but it was literally the best chipotle I’ve ever had (mind you, I have the same order every time). Idk what the employees had for breakfast but they were working hard , or should I say WERKING. the food was amazing on god. Also such polite workers, it’s obvious they are all very friendly with each other. The food and service is probably so good because they aren’t just coworkers, they’re a team; a well oiled machine. Atmosphere was great. Very good vibes. The berry agua fresca was also unreal

We had our puppy with us, so we dined on the patio. The servers were very understanding, allowing us both inside to order, as long as we kept our puppy completely zipped in her airline carrier/crate (she’s too little to be left alone).

I might be discovering I’m picky because every time I eat chipotle the portions aren’t right with one ingredient or the other throwing off all the taste …. Quesadilla was good but it didn’t have a lot of cheese ……..

How do you run out of chips cheese and lettuce at 10:05 pm and you close at 11:00pm. Either someone is stealing or over using ingredients or discriminating. Employees need to be re-trained and still charge full price. What a rip off.

I often frequent various chipotle locations because my son loves this restaurant. He has autsim and chipotle is one of the few things he’ll eat. I’m not going to write all the long details here but I will say this establishment does not provide reasonable accommodation for all people with disabilities. Even worse, basic acknowledgement, kindness are disregarded. Me and my child left in tears. A simple act of not being rude was all that was needed. My child was terribly frightened by a dog in the restaurant they were near the exit so we couldn’t leave. No assistance no understanding was offered. I was meant with poor attitude that the customers then adopted. I’ll never return to this place again and I wish I didn’t have to give this business my money ever again.

Do not trust the short white man with tattoos and a mustache. He purposely added the spicy red salsa after I told him not to add any red salsa to my burrito. He thought I was not looking at him but I glanced over and saw him doing this. He should be fired for doing this, I explicitly told him not to but he continued to do so. I even confronted him about this and he just stood there.

Everything was as expected. My only complaint here is that it was $19 for 4 tiny barbacoa tacos and a soda. Their prices are exorbitant and absolutely not worth it.

I went in to order three bowls and it was my turn to pay and the girl just left me at the register to make another order for a person that was there to pick up and deliver food. Since it wasn’t ready she left me standing at the register to make the order I waited a few minutes and had to ask someone chopping chicken to assist me they eventually asked someone in the back to check me out. I had the carnitas bowl and it was full of big chunks of fat YUCK! I also added guacamole for a extra charge and it was dark and got darker by the second!
