New location for me, but having had Chipotle from several locations in Colorado and California alike, I think I know what to expect. Whatever distractions were engaging the staff, their focus was definitely elsewhere. Love the food, but not watching it cool while the cashier plays phone messenger for a coworker in the back. Maybe it’s policy that nobody else could step up and fill the void, but to a customer it makes it seem like the other staff doesn’t care to complete the order and take the customer’s money. Still…the FOOD! So at least a second or even third chance because it’s the only Chipotle here. But it’s certainly not the only burrito-source available. So…strike one.

Never had my portions so small on my meal. And the food was so bland! There were a ton kf nee faces so I’m assuming there are a lot of new workers. I ordered a side of sour cream but this honestly has to be a joke.

This place had nothing! I went very hungry and there was no sour cream, lettuce, corn, chips, and sodas. At the end of it all I was charged with 20$ per bowl and got a sassy attitude in return

1. This place is a mess, where half the tables haven’t been cleaned, and trash is thrown on the ground. 2. The employees will literally put salsa on your food even if you ask for it on the side. 3. The employees are not friendly at all, I said thank you at checkout, and got a blank stare.
