Poor service and the dude who gave me my bowl did not care and was rude. They give u half a scoop of meat BARELY. Absolute ripoff I asked for more and they said I can pay 4 dollars more… I got like 5 pieces of chicken. Sad.

Very poor service at this location. The person making my bowl did a terrible job. He gave me a quarter of what they normally place in the bowl, while giving a normal portion in the other bowl we ordered. Hopefully this experience doesn’t get repeated.

Food poisoning issue with the Marina location after eating here August 3rd. Very ill with symptoms about a hour after having a bowl with Carnitas. Would not go back.

They were out of a lot of their regular stuff. When I asked for a free guacamole since they didn’t have what I wanted, they said no, and told me that they were nice enough to let me know that they were out of stuff. Everything was a mess. This seems to be a poorly managed location.

If you go around 11am or 5pm they seem to have fresh food around those times, maybe its when they rotate the food or add a fresh batch, idk but i seem to get lucky at those times

Employees are nice but whoever is managing this location needs to make some changes. I’d say 25% of the time there’s some issue – out of certain ingredients/proteins, only taking card payments, only taking mobile orders. Quite frankly can’t imagine these are tough issues to fix, but pretty inconvenient for customers.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They were out of food. Didn’t have any corn tortillas or chicken. We asked if they could give us a few tortillas chips for my young girls and they said no substitutions. So we paid extra for that. Then 3 minutes before they closed we were finishing up our food and they came to our table to let us know they were closing. I have never ever been to a fast food restaurant that did that. I don’t even like to leave reviews like this. In fact we usually say thank you when we leave places and I couldn’t because I would be lying. Not coming back.
