Won’t be coming back. The place was obviously slammed and understaffed. Felt bad for the workers and everyone was complaining about the workload as they worked. Asked for a burrito, got a mountain of rice and about 5 pieces of chicken and I’m not exaggerating. They were out of chicken and the server requested more but explained that was a normal serving( what was left in the tin). Just paid way too much for a rice burrito…

Closed at 10pm it says..doors locked. Employees at the front… waving at them to see if they can come to the door to ask if they closed or open. They stare and giggle… not even a stare saying they close.

I wish I had a zero star option to give to this store! I asked for a tortilla bread before check out they forgot to give one then after I paid and got all my order I asked for tortilla again (just a piece of bread!!)and the manager said I have to wait in the line again!! After I said I am not going to wait in the line again for what I have already ordered after a while the manager came and threw the bread on my table. So my question is why you don’t train your employees on costumer service before you hire them!? And the worst of all you hire or promote someone as a manager who is rude with the costumer! Thank you Chipotle!!
