Food is decent and consistent. Customer service is not a thing here. But who cares, right?! It’s all about the food. Dining area seems to be closed all the time in the evening. It’s sad and cold. But I guess it’s good for keeping the food nice and fresh. Anyway, that’s all. Keep up the great work.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. First I got the wrong order so sorry to who ever didn’t get their order but I tossed it because the driver wouldn’t take it back which is understandable. So even though I order delivery I still have to go pick up my order. Now let me tell you this, my burrito smells so horribly of cleaning solution. So much so I can smell it from a couple feet away. I took a couple bites, thinking that I was just smelling something funky but now my stomach feels so upset. I am confident that there is bleach or some sort of chemical solution in my burrito I tried to use their customer service website that took me in circles, I was able to get a hold of somebody on the phone but ultimately he was no help so now I am leaving this review. I don’t even get a refund and they don’t make it possible to get one.

Their system was down so they didn’t get my wife’s online order but we still got charged. I waited in a line to reorder everything. I only had the order screenshot and a credit card statement showing the charge. However they wanted to see the full order which I didn’t have as i never got the email. I tried to explain them that I never got the order by they still kept asking for it. I even offered that they bill whatever i had selected and compare that with my credit card amount and I’ll put the difference but they refused. In the end i had to walk out without food and they probably threw it away.

I usually go to eat here but the quality has fallen terribly more recently. The portion sizes are much smaller than what it used to be. The rice is hard, chunky, uncooked and tastes bland. They run out of ingredients every now and then. This is a stingy store thats recently been cutting portion off for extra profits. Stay away from this store

The guy working the first station was uninviting and sloppy. He made the burrito with giant sloppy scoops of black beans and veggies, when I asked for light portions of both. The justices for both splattering all of the tortilla. By the time I sat at the table to eat the burrito was soaking wet and ripped. The only way I could eat it was with a fork as it was soggy and falling apart. He also ignored the request for a kids quesadilla meal and it had to be asked for THREE times before he made it and looked annoyed the entire time. The rest of the staff was fine but far from friendly.

This restaurant cannot build an online order correctly. I ordered a chicken bowl with rice beans pico de gallo cheese corn and lettuce but instead received a half empty bowl that had barely any lettuce some beans and tons of corn and random veggies. This isn’t the first time this restaurant completely misses the order- they need new management ASAP or close completely. This is unacceptable.

This is a great Chipotle. The staff are very friendly, there’s both plenty of inside and outside seating and I’ve never had an issue parking. Bathroom is clean and food is standard Chipotle fare. I usually get the half salad half rice bowl with chicken and veggies. Their chips are very good, a little too good if you know what I mean 🙂

The quality of customer service and food is so inconsistent at this location. The server was rude, the steak was charred pebbles of beef, and the rice had whole bay leaves still in it.
