You don’t expect much when you go into a Chipotle, it’s fast food but this place was confusing. No more salsa, guacamole, lettuce, or anything at 5pm? Then they still served us the bare minimum of meat and rice they could. The only reason we stayed and ordered was because there was nowhere else to eat and they offered to charge us half price for our food that was obviously lacking. Once we were rung up we were charged full price and noticed upon eating that the steak we requested was way overcooked, old, or not steak at all. They should have just closed or told us not to order. Complete waist of time and worst chipotle we have ever been to.

Grabbed a bowl on my way home and have never been so ignored in a restaurant before while standing alone at the front of the line. They were dealing with a big catering order so they “couldn’t serve me until they finished that order” which is pretty heinous with multiple customers standing right there waiting. Have gone here before and it’s always reliable but whoever was working today has some customer service lessons to learn regardless of whatever company policy they may have been following. Also apparently “couldn’t serve me pico de gallo while this catering order is happening” with a full thing of pico sitting there.. make it make sense

We were there waiting for someone to ask for our orders and they do us there standing and they just walk away and continue doing another things, the restaurant wasn’t bussy at all. When they finally ask us about our food they were super rude like didn’t want to work.

Yodha asked if I wanted to try the new Chicken AL Pastor for my burrito. She mentioned it was the same price as regular chicken. When Yodha rang me up, the burrito was $10.75, not $10.25 as she stated. When confronted about the change in price she treated me very rudely and said “that price includes tax”…and couldn’t offer an explanation nor care as to why the Chicken AL Pastor was not the same price as the regular chicken. I wouldn’t have tried it had I known I would have been swindled into paying more for it.

Everything you’d expect from a chipotle but slightly better. The ingredients taste fresher, the portions are more reasonable, and the ambiance is better than your average chain. A great place to people watch and disguise your sorrows behind a big burrito belly bloat.
