This Chipotle is horrible. I went here the other night and got food for my son, friend, and I. My friend and son got extremely sick a few hours later. Not to mention, when I went there, they didn’t have even half of what they normally put on your meal and still charge full price for what they don’t include. I asked for a manager while there and one wasn’t present. Just a bunch of (what seemed to be teenagers) unsupervised young people who were still in the learning process of learning how to work. This is a franchise, and is poorly managed and serves food that is capable of putting you in horrible conditions. I’ll definitely never return.

I ordered chicken bowl. The portion I received was so little and I commented to the servicer, and the young lady responded “this is the size we serve ” I have been eating Chipotle food for years and I never had this little amount of bowl food. I know this is a brand new place in Brentwood

This location need a mature shift leader. My wife, and I went there for dinner and this store was dirty, and the employees had no care for the customers. All the tables were dirty and they didn’t care about it. I asked if they could clean one table for us and it was a chore for them. Server came with a wet towel and wiped it down and left it wet and left. Very poor service.

This place is awful. 1st they didn’t even have steak corn or anything and on top of that my 2 friends and I got extremely sick after eating from here! Do not eat from here. Get it together boss come in and look after your business instead of racking in the money while getting people sick. Your reviews are mostly bad especially recently. I mean if thats not a red flag I don’t know what is. Wish I checked the reviews before coming here
