Bad attitudes from the young boys working today around 6:45pm July 12. I was asked how I was doing and when I asked back the boy said “tired.” Not a very positive way to start the interaction and it just got worse from there. I asked nicely for a little bit more rice on my burrito and the guy just went way overboard. It was very spiteful. He could barely even close my burrito, there was so much rice in it. If you gave people a substantial portion the first time then they won’t have to ask for more. Cut the attitude, we pay good money to eat here and deserve to be treated with respect. No wonder the place was empty.

Nice location close to work. Food is fresh and easily ordered with typically a short line. A little update got a salad bowl today. All the ingredients were fresh – except the lettuce which had some rust color on the edges. I asked about it and they said it was fresh today – which by experience can’t believe to be true. It appears they are not turning over their inventory ask much as usual due to the recent bad weather.

I had a voucher for a free burrito bowl from a previous F up. They ended up charging me for guacamole and gave me the most disgusting, foul, old sht I have ever seen. They had packed it up for me and I not see that they were trying to poison me with old guac. AVOID!

Let me start by saying I would not purchase anything at Chipotle if it weren’t for my kids. They like a burrito as a treat. Unfortunately most Chipotles suck now, this one included! Parking is bad but that’s just the area. My server scooped tons of rice, hardly any meat and then drowned both burritos in salsa juice. The sour cream was basically empty and she dumped the last watery bit on the burritos. At least she scooped the guac well. They were rolled loosely and didn’t hold up well at all. They were also out of drink caddies so I had to carry 2 drinks and a large bag 2 blocks. Fun times lol

I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and this is what I got.. it didn’t come with anything else, no rice, no beans, no lettuce, etc. Is this a joke Chipotle? Do you think this was a funny prank? It’s unbelievable, I was so excited waiting for this ordered and I had to get something else. And on top of it, they charged me full price. This is unacceptable. Never getting Chipotle again

Yes ! I went in there to get something for my tum tum and let me say this , the food was Excellent yes ! My order was the Steak bowl and it served fresh, piping hot plus Service with a smile yep ! Rachel and her crew were very courteous, professional in there duties and I had the Best,Best experience ever yep ! Plus I went back to work Happy and had a Good rest of the day as well . Last but not least, they knew their menu and products very well like 2nd nature yep . If you hungry for some Good cooking and be treated with Good Old Fashion Customer Service, go on over there when you are on lunch time . You’ll be Glad you did and tell them Jonny Highly recommended it ., p

The food at this locations is always fresh and very well made. I like that it consistantly puts out well made food thats hearty and filly. They dont skimp on the ingredients, so value for money is definetly there. The chicken quesadila that you can only get in the app is Excellent!

We went to Chipotle in Concord on Feb 1, 2023 at 2:55 pm. When we started to order our food, we noticed that the chicken and the rice were almost empty and it seemed like they had been sitting out for the entire day. We asked for fresh chicken and rice and was immediately met with resistance and attitude. The manager said there was no more chicken and that was all they had. The person cooking at the grill was kind enough to cut up some fresh chicken and find some fresh rice for us. Once the manager started fixing the bowls, he slopped the beans on the rice, slopped the sour cream on the bowl like he was angry at the world. He put so much sour cream on the bowl my husband kindly asked him to redo the bowl because he had ruined the bowl. He said oh I can fix that and started scooping the sour cream off with a small plastic container. My husband again if he could redo the bowl. The manager said no and thanks for wasting our food. We asked if we could speak to the manager and he said I am the manager. I don’t know how he could be a manager. He has no customer service skills and is very very unprofessional. We will never ever go to that location again. This was a hostile hateful act and shows that this person has no respect for Chipotle’s image or their customers.
