Sub par and has been for years. They struggle to keep trained staff despite advertising $19 starting wage. They are frequently out of items. Also apparently the tables are reserved for employees on break. Take out only at this location.

Why some chipotle places are so stingy. I’m over it now. The managers should intervene and see why this place has less reviews. For the price I was surprised the way he was adding rice and beans in my bowl. Come on guys, you are not paying I’m the one who is paying and I can’t keep on saying can you add a lil bit more for the money i pay. Never coming to this place again!

Ordered 2 tacos and a bowl at 6:40 pm online… said it would take 10 minutes. Fast forward to 7:20- husband still waiting and a restaurant full of other people waiting as well! What has happened with this place? Floor is dirty/ 4/6 tables not clean! We won’t be back! Hope we get our refund!

take your money elsewhere. the staff is super rude(exept for the larger gentleman) especially the manager who is downright unpleasant. this place gives the most laugable portions ever literally a couple bites worth of rice, When you ask for more rice, they try to upcharge you even though it clearly states on the website that extra rice is free. Overall a 0/10 definitly needs a new manager and some better portions literally dont come here(this review is based off of many trips btw, not just one

i got there and it said online order only so i did it online only to receive a bowl that had very little food in it. the lady also asked me to show proof of vaccination and she didn’t ask the other white people for theirs until i looked at them and then at her. also they had no forks. the bowl tasted kinda weird too.

I am a Chipotle expert. Probably been to more Chipotle restaurants than anyone else in the bay area. This location is horrible. One person on the line at lunch and one cashier waiting 7 minutes for the next order to ring up, horrible. The one lady on the line was the sweetest Hispanic lady. With masks, its hard to understand from both parties and people in front of me were rude about it. Luckily I’m bilingual in Chipotle ordering.
