All four of our bowls were less than half full and we didn’t get the extra beans and cheese we asked for. My mother asked for sofritas, but instead they gave her steak. She cannot have steak because of her health. This is unacceptable We also did not get the salsa we wanted. This has happened 3 times in a row now, I am never going back to chipotle ever again. The people working there obviously do not care about their job or their customers. Even taco bell is better than this place.

Nathan needs to be a little more welcoming and kind. The one star on this review is for you dude. Please do not make me feel bad for asking for 10 veggies pieces other than your baby scoop of 5. I am a vegetarian, and do not order meat. Your scoops are small, you do not smile, and you make others feel like there was no love put into their order. I rarely ever write a review and had to ask another employee what your name was today. Very disappointed. Hoping this post brings attention to your management team, and collectively they find a way to make you smile so your customers do not leave feeling yucky or feeling like their food was not made with love. I went in at 8pm. The workers were standing talking while me and another man waited. I pointed out that flies were on the food. The employee then came shewed away the flies and took our order. Most food trays were empty they couldn’t fill my order with the food remaining. I feel sorry for the 8 people waiting behind me. It’s hard to find good help.

I ordered chicken and rice only. The quantity was very less, but I paid the full price ($9). For the price I paid the quantity is very less. I can’t have it as a meal. I spoke to the manager, they told I am paying for chicken and rest comes as free. So the chicken portion they gave is for $9. So cannot add anymore. The quantity is not well priced. Keep an eye on this when you order from a chipotle. I was really unhappy the way they treat customers.

This branch is terrible at making chips correctly. Bland and unflavored. They also can’t get online orders right. They snuck maybe a half chicken order in Double chicken salad bowl. Get a manager in there and fix this place.

This is one of the worst chipotles that I’ve been to. They hardly fill up your bowl at all, giving half scoops of everything, and give you mean looks when you ask for a bit more (rice,beans,etc.). Ordering online or through doordash I’ve also gotten wrong ingredients on just about all of my bowls/burritos (it seems like the one thing they’re generous with is the sour cream I never wanted).

I ordered cheese quesadilla from here. It was completely burnt out along with paper. My son was about to eat and told us something wrong with it. When I went back to the store and asked, they mentioned that machine is not working since one month and no one taking care of it. They should have replaced with other food and put some sorry note instead of serving unhealthy food. This is not the first time. It happened multiple times either food quality is bad or some items would be missing.

Wish I could give zero star. We had second time worst experience. For the online order, we paid extra for extra chicken and it was even less than the regular portion. The overall burrito bowl looked like half eaten with scraped burnt bitter left over chicken.
