Be careful coming here. Service is extremely slow. The Staff here like to stand around instead of helping customers. When you ask them for Food or a side order they look at you asnif you are bothering then. Even the manager/supervisor would rather just be near the register instead of making sure the customers are getting their food more efficiently.

Great food and clean facilities. Has restrooms inside the store. It was crowded on Saturday. Kids menu-quesadilla was delicious. Helpful staff, and their lemonades are tasty.

I always order from this place as they have great portion size – and my Uber delivers faster from here. Today I had ordered veggie bowl that I always order, however I got someone else’s order and the bowl didn’t have many ingredients that I chose and instead it looked like it had meat. I’m vegetarian and I always order vegetarian, this has literally left a bad taste in my mouth.

Good to take a break and get a burrito here while shopping in the outlet mall. There aren’t that many tables inside but you could get takeout and eat either at the tables outside or inside the food court next to it.

easter day was crazy! i stood in line for about 30 minutes. the staff was prioritizing online orders instead of people in line. i’ve never seen any chipotle do this. it was insane… i really hope the manager sees this and does something about it.

Place was not clean. Trashcans were full and trash was all over the floor. Tables were dirty, floors were not clean. People left trash behind and the staff was not attentive to clean the areas so customers could sit and eat in a clean table.

This is a small location in the outlet. The chicken in my bowl was chopped into such small pieces that one could hardly see or chew. Their prices have gone up and pieces have gotten smaller. Not good CP!

I understand its busy here . The trash cans were completely over flowing tables were sticky an not kept after customers use . the employees were overly busy with customers it seemed like they were understaffed they were out of a few of the items I like probably due to being understaffed . Step it up management this is poor leadership & the employees shouldn’t have too feel this overwhelmed
