My fiancé orders chipotle a lot and this location specifically always finds a way to miss up his order. Walking in the restaurant alone is disgusting. His order is always a bowl with white rice, steak, cheese, lettuce, & guac. And recently the restaurant has been giving him chicken instead of steak and no guac. And when we call the store, employees just hang up. We didn’t receive a remake or our money back. Things need to be changed around there.

Phone-ordered two chicken al pastor bowls for my wife and I. Had never tried them. Don’t know if the same person filled the order, but there was a visible difference in the size of the portions! One was a much smaller serving than the other. The food itself was great! No atmosphere! The place is pretty bare-bones. Didn’t matter, the order was to-go. Will order it again.

I ordered a burrito bowl with no rice. I wasn’t expecting to literally get only a half-filled bowl and super chewy/cartilage-y steak. They also barely put any lettuce which you would think they’d put more of since I didn’t order rice. Super disappointed.

I saw the server put meat into a foil lid and then put it on a scale. This cannot be true, Chipotle is weighing (4 oz) the meat for the burrito bowl, in Pittsburg anyway. I’m done, going back to Concord. I try to do business where I live but this place has been given multiple chances. Maybe try again in a year.

I didn’t even get to order because they ran out of white rice, the chicken I wanted, AND they were only taking cash! I guess next time I need to show up earlier than an hour before closing guess that was my fault but other than I love this place and love the kids vibes everytime I visit, friendly, smiling faces, and clean establishment.
