The food was good, but the employee with numerous piercings seemed kind of unpleasant. She also closed our food containers, leaving sour cream on the outside of the container. I had to ask the cashier to clean it up because why would it be acceptable to give someone food in a sloppy container? Aside from her, the food was decent and they were pretty busy (time frame was about 1pm on a Saturday). Their prices are slightly higher than the location in Redwood City.

We have been going to this Chipotle branch since we moved to the area few months ago because it usually has fresher ingredients and faster service compare to the other branch. However, when we ordered pick up today, it was surprisingly how small the portion was for a burrito bowl. The portion was at least half of what I usually received. Definitely not a full meal for an adult and not worth the full price of the bowl. This is NOT acceptable and maybe we will have to order in the store from now on to make sure the portion is good.

Currently in line. Been here for 15 mins behind 3 people watching the employee struggle to make one burrito. The throughout is non existent here. I’m going to type until I get up to the front so get ready for a story. There is 3 employees on the line. One is watching one work. And then other is watching the watcher watch the worker. It’s a strange sight. Similar to road construction workers. Ahhh hold on, they got another burrito made, we’re getting there. Anyways, the wait continues. I was thinking about eating in my car but guess I’ll be eating in the office. I’m now at about 20 minutes of waiting and I haven’t moved…. Sorry I got distracted watching the watchers and forgot to type for 5 minutes. We are now are 25 minutes in store. I’m debating on walking out but now I’m committed. I promised you all a story so I’ll stick it out I guess. The shift lead is working the salsa section and looks lost af. Well, I got to the front and then the worker decided to say excuse me one moment while they proceeded to then work on a personal order and then clocked out for their lunch. I just walked out.

This was my go-to takeout place until starting from today. Using their app, I always order the same thing and always request extra sour cream, but the order I picked up today didn’t have ANY sour cream in it. This is the second time that it’s happened. How do you confuse extra sour cream for NO sour cream?

I work at this chipotle , and I’m highly upset that I didn’t get to being a service manager. I was at this location to progress, and grow. But I had no room to grow. And I wasn’t honored for my hard work. I did put in my 2weeks , b/c I was coming from Richmond California to Dublin on public transportation , I had dedication, and determination coming from Richmond. The manager did not honor my hard work.
