Order a Burrito Bowl and it was not consumable. The guacamole was dark, the chicken was hard, and the outside of the container was filthy. Do not risk your health or your life by eating at this restaurant. Save your money and prevent a headache by staying away from this place. I want my money back!

Food is decent, but as others have mentioned: don’t expect your online order to be done on time. After four times (3/4 of those times I walked in to see my order sitting on the counter, but everyone seemed to be allergic to bagging it up) I’m done with this location. There’s absolutely no point to ordering online if they’re going to help every single customer in the physical queue before they touch the online orders. There’s a dedicated online order prep station for a reason, but nobody at this location seems to know how to use it besides the person actually making the food.

Was supposed to open at 1045. Waited till 11 when I was finally let in. Serveral people had already left after getting tired of waiting. Greeted to dirty tables and an unprepared staff who didn’t acknowlege me for another 5 min while I get the silent treatment. Why bother to even open the door? Server stopped TWICE in the middle of making / taking my order to go in the back for some reason. Food slapped together to boot. Won’t be back anytime soon.

After my chicken bowl was finished, I waited to get checked out. The employee ignored me standing in line and addressed a customer behind me instead. I mentioned it to who I was taking with on the phone, another employee overheard and walked over to the counter, shoved my queso in my bag and pushed the bag towards me and said “have a good day”

Food was sad. The chips were very old and barely put any meat in my bowl and the meat that was on on bowl was very chewy and unedible. There was no ice and the drinks were flat. Overall I got reminded why I don’t eat at chipotle. #overrated #poor

Just goto the one in Oakland off Hegenberger. This Chipotle is stingy when it comes to their bowls and barely gives you any meat. The one in Oakland HOOKS IT UP and their also more lax and professional there. Avoid this Chipotle like the plague. Tables are also never clean at this location. Gotta self clean em.
