Many times our family be here to got food we always had good experience, whatever we requested we got it from workers, and they were always friendly. Unfortunately today I was so disappointed for the service from here. One white young girl serviced for me, she was not friendly and stingy with my request, looks like I will get food from her pockets without pay. If I said she was racism for gender and race that’s correct described because her behavior. I can’t remember her name but i know what time I was ordering my food. That’s around 16:38, 7th of July. I got this really poor service and bad service from you guys. Whatever I want those food she didn’t give to me and complained about it said I cannot to asking 2 servings of meat in one box. Today my feeling was not good because I just finished my pet treatment with 5 hours waiting in the pet hospital. I was so tired and hungry, I just wanted to got some food and soon back home, but I never expected to get such treatment from a restaurant we frequented. Super disappointed with it!!!

Absolute disgust . I have been here few times ordering chicken bowl and nachos . Either they are flooded with salt or bland without salt at all . This is by far the pathetic chipotle location ever visited. To chipotle team at this location : please don’t tarnish Chipotle brand and live up to the expectations.

This location has been deliberately hiding its Chipotle member reward points scanner for last 2 months. So even if you are a loyal chipotle member, you cant earn your purchase reward points. Thats cheap strategy !!

I’ve been going here for a while now. I get a chicken bowl with 6 crunchy tortillas on the side. Normally I get charged 1.50 for all of my extra shells. Food is great but there is inconsistency on the portion size. One day I’ll get a good scoop next just a small amount. I’ve also seen masks not being worn properly. I came around 7:30 on a Monday and there was no line. Outside area could be kept a little more tidy. They also no longer have hand sanitizer dispensers. Last but not least, Servers were very nice!

Yikes. Unfortunately I couldn’t finish the bowl I just got because the steak tasted old, rotten or expired or something. Maybe it was the way it was cooked but…it wasn’t good.

I frequent chipotle almost daily for my dinner. This location is usually consistent. However, recently they have had minor errors in my orders, but I was patient due to their former consistency. Today, they got the entirety of my order wrong!! The bowl that they made literally consisted of just protein, fajitas, and beans. This is entirely wrong to the point of being unprofessional. Where did the rest of my order go? I was missing cheese, corn, tomato, salsa, AND lettuce!! Due to recent poor performance, I would highly advise anyone to avoid this location.
