Came in about 9:15 pm and they already had entrie drinks area closed, couldn’t even get water cup. Also didn’t have all the ingredients available. Not a good experience. Don’t recommend going there late!

It seems pointless to complain about a fast food place. I don’t expect people there to be passionate about the job. But, my lord, is this location shockingly bad. I don’t write reviews — but it’s a mess. It not just a one-off incident. I ordered the cauliflower rice, and it was basically all water and when I asked about it, the woman just answered “It’s how its made.” I ended up throwing it away. We tried placing an order online and 3 of the 4 meals were wrong. I had to hover above every order to make sure it is what we asked for — or I guarantee it was wrong. My husband ordered me a sofrita quesadilla with the 3 sides. An option *on the menu*. The guy working insisted that it was only a kids taco kit available, stuck one small plain flour tortilla and charged us extra for a third side. The worst part — he was painfully arrogant and rude. I get that fast food gigs are mostly a generic job to get money… but most of the employees there are beyond rude and dismissive. My kids love the food there — but I can’t tolerate giving them my money anymore. It causes too much weird stress.

Trying to stick to a keto diet so I love going to chipotle. My bowls are very expensive because they’re double meat and avocado. I have never been skimped so badly. Paid $20 for about half of what I normally get at any other chipotle.

I love love chipotle! However, they don’t put a option to add the chipotle spicy sauce on the door dash app. So I called them to ask for them to put it in, and the girl hung up on me. Very annoying. After it was delivered I got brown beans instead of black beans. I’m so annoyed especially since I love chipotle food so much.
