The rice was raw, there was no chicken, they said to wait 15 minutes. The beans were at the bottom and they put the leftovers from the container to me. There was also no ice. Not only I was unhappy, but other visitors as well. Worst chipotle I have ever eaten.

Chipotle is one of the best restaurant chains that I’ve experienced. However, this branch is pathetic. They had run out of veggies, corn. They were not apologetic about it and cold attitude makes you feel cheated. Never visit this outlet.

What a poorly managed Chipotle! This is compared to all the locations in different states I’ve been to. 6 employees and I was initially the only customer- but no one to greet and take orders!! 3 weee in prep/ cooking area. After waiting for a few and no one even acknowledging my presence, one employee finally came to take my order. The rice was half cooked and clearly should not have been served. They were out of grilled veggies and said it was not an available option today. Never heard that before! Said the same to two customers who arrived after me. Lot of wastage of food by employee making the burrito- a tortilla sitting on counter too was discarded and mine with food almost again as it ripped during the wrapping process! I would hate to be the owner of this business for sure! Will find another location next time- my first and last visit to this one .

Was asked to leave a 5 star review when i picked up my food… how about we start with 3 stars and i’ll update it from there pending future visits. In the past, i have experienced exactly what everyone else complains about: them being out of items before 8 PM with no sign of restocking before close. I’ve also witnessed employees just stand around and talk about personal things while others scurry at the food prep line/register. My guess is the owner is finally getting affected by the negative reviews and wants to do something about it. Sorry, still not going to hand out a free 5 star review when i’ve gotten such inconsistent orders in the past from this location. However, this order i picked up recently was perfect. everything i ordered was on my bowl (as it should be….. every time…..). They even still had vinaigrette!!!!!!! at 8 PM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m not sure if this is a corporate thing or management, but this place in particular has been making efforts to put less food in each burrito bowl for at least a few weeks now. And by food I mean every ingredient: meat, rice, beans, guacamole (pay ~$3 extra for half of their regular scoop), etc. I’ve had a restricted diet so Chipotle had been the go-to place every day for me, and it’s pretty disappointing to see how they have their employees deliberately keep the portions minimal. One kid got spoken to by one of the managers, “don’t do it again” is what I heard, and I remember he would carefully look at each scoop when he put it in a bowl or tortilla. I haven’t seen him again after that exchange.

Worst Chipotle Branch I have been to so far. People are rude, they stop making food 1.5 hours before and simple say they are out of beans, fajita, chips guacamole. This is the 7th time this has happened. We stay next door so this is convenient

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order online, but the order was not placed I asked the staff to confirm the order, which took an hour to confirm. The order was definitely placed online, but they could not confirm it. I ended up re-ordering on the spot, but the toppings I ordered were not included and the serving was shoddy. The staff had a bad attitude and we did not feel respected at all.
