Im not sure what is going on here but the last two times we have been here, the food has been atrocious! I feel a little bad leaving this review but I had high hopes today as we grabbed lunch earlier expecting fresh quality. It been months since we have been here, today was worse than last time. Peppers were old and had an awful after taste that did not go away. Picked them out of my bowl. My husband got a few pieces of meat on one side of his burrito. Chipotle used to be really good… No flavor or not good flavor, skimp on everything (rice and lettuce is not expensive guys) and just plain disappointing. I will say the store was clean and their lemonade was good.

Place was way cleaner than most Chipotle’s. There must’ve been 10 young men behind the counter, all standing there chatting, yet I stood there for a few minutes before anyone would help me….. Supervision probably wouldn’t hurt.

Clean and fast. Bowl ingredients were as expected. Staff was friendly and professional. BUT Y’all gotta chill with the salt on your chips. They’ve been way over salted all 3 times I’ve been to this location. Makes me feel like Spongebob when he’s in Sandy’s dome. I spend more time wiping the salt off my chips and picking out the ones that can’t be saved than I do eating my entire meal. I’m still leaving 5 stars since I know anything less is a negative review.

Bigger location, faster service ,more places to sit then Stockton’s two locations. Much more parking space ,too . It’s a lot newer also by many other restaurants to pick from. I felt safe also.

First and foremost shout out to the young Asian dude working there, he was going to make my quesadilla the way I wanted it but a young white dude intercepted the order and told me I couldn’t have the sides in the quesadilla. All I wanted was a quesadilla with cheese, sour cream, guacamole, steak and hot sauce. I don’t even go to Chipotle and now even less.

If you put extra on an order through their app they definitely do not put extra. This has happened the last 5 times I’ve gotten good through the app. Cutting costs on an already over priced burrito is ridiculous.

I love this location for Chipotle. The staff is friendly & the food is always good & how I order it. I’m not charged extra for salsa like I was recently at a Stockton location. So happy they got rid of the paper straws too. They always got soggy before I could finish my drink.
